The journey for Amplify Goods pack team members
This page holds an overview of these referral partners and our process for helping our team to secure further employment after completing their work experience with us.
We aim to provide 10 paid work experience days to people who are traditionally excluded from the job market or who are returning to work after a period of unemployment.
Our team leaders work closely with the individuals we support to help them build skills ready for the workplace.
We track their skills development; holding the team accountable to professional standards such as being on time, accomplishing their tasks, training others on processes, and communicating effectively with others.
We offer practical support and connection to other service providers during the work experience period, to ensure that a safety net is built around our team.
We also offer employment support and work closely with referring organisations in order to help the team member take their next steps confidently.
